1. Only 'suspicion is needed to include a person in this suspect list.
2.There is no law against taking pictures in a public area, or if you are in danger.
3.If you feel your life is in danger
4.If you asked them to leave you alone and they refused
5.Report to Police, but if you need to defend yourself, you are not asked to allow someone to kill you.
